Q: How can I open, view, and/or print the files I downloaded from your web site?

In order to view all Psi Chi downloadable forms, the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader™ software must first be installed on your computer. If Acrobat Reader is not located on your computer, please download a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader™ software and install it on your computer. To download a free copy, click here and follow the instructions from Adobe.

Q: I'm still unable to do anything with the files I downloaded from your website and/or I'm unable to install this software. What should I do now?

Check with your specific problem in Adobe's support pages, located at http://www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.html.

Q: I'm exhausted. I've tried everything and I still can't download, open, or print Psi Chi's forms!

Don't panic: you still have two options left.

1) Email (psichi@psichi.org) your mailing address (or fax number) to the National Office with the forms you would like mailed (or faxed) to you. Allow 1-2 weeks for the forms to arrive to you by mail.

2) Call Psi Chi (423-756-2044) and ask to have the forms you need mailed or faxed to you.
